Bit mask giving the set of current active failures on the downstream (bit set => failure is ON). A failure is declared when the corresponding defect is active for more than 2.5 (+/-0.5) sec. A failure is cleared when the corresponding defect is off for at least 10.5 (+/-0.5) sec. The bit index and corresponding failure are: Bit[30] - Set when unavailable time is counted Bit[29] - Set when the modem is not in the Running Showtime state Bit[25] - Loss of cell delineation - interleaved path Bit[24] - Loss of cell delineation - fast path Bit[19] - Loss of Signal Bit[18] - Loss of Frame Bit[17] - No cell delineation - interleaved Bit[16] - No cell delineation - fast Bit[15] - PTM remote TC Out-Of-Sync violation for bearer B0 Bit[14] - PTM remote TC Out-Of-Sync violation for bearer B1 Bit[13] - Loss of power. Note: the Running Showtime state is left as soon as unavailable time is counted (10 consecutive severely errored seconds), so bits 1 and 2 are always set together.
