The value of this object identifies one and only one flow. A flow is a selection of IP datagrams coming from a local virtual port (i.e., froma a LAN). Several flows may belong to the same family. This flow uses a combination of several conditions defined below. A flow selects the received IP datagrams which simultaneously verify those of the conditions which are meaningful for this flow. When several flows are defined for the same VP with overlapping conditions, the IP datagram belongs to the first (in increasing order of flow identifiers) of all the flows that select it. So the numbering order must be done with a particular attention. By convention, if none of the conditions of this entry is meaningful, then every IP datagram is selected (default flow). The authorized values are '0..199'. If it is unused, the value is '255'. The default value is '255'.
