The value of this object defines how this X25 in ISDN-D logical port may be backuped by an ISDN-B channel. The possible values are : off : backup is never enabled, onWhileActivity : when the logical port is DOWN, backup is enabled on reception of a new call and remains active while at least one X25 VC is using this way. When no VC is active, the backup is disabled and the next VC will be established on the logical port (if it is UP obviously). onWhileLpDown : when the logical port is DOWN, backup is enabled on reception of a new call and remains active while the logical port is DOWN. The backup is disabled (meaning clearing of all VCs using this way) when the logical port comes back UP and the next VC will be established on the logical port. onWhileExcessTraffic : when the traffic overtakes the fclX25InDSwSwitchThreshold value the logical port state is marked DOWN (meaning clearing of all VCs), backup is enabled on reception of a new call and remains active while the traffic is overtaking the fclX25InDSwSwitchBackThreshold value. When the traffic does not overtake any more the fclX25InDSwSwitchBackThreshold value, the logical port is marked UP and the backup is disabled (meaning clearing of all VCs using this way) so the next VC will be established on the logical port. This Switch Over mechanism permits to transmit temporay excess traffic which could not be transmitted on the ISDN-D Channel because of an insufficient bandwith (16 kbit/s against 64 kbits/s for an ISDN-B Channel). The default value is 'off'.
