This value maps to the Validity state of the optional Real-Time Ionospheric Correction algorithm, which when True, indicates that the Real-Time Ionospheric Correction delay measurements are valid and could be used in the time transfer calculations to compensate for the GPS signal delay through the ionosphere. When False, they are not valid and the standard GPS broadcast Klobuchar model delay must be used in the time transfer calculations. A twenty-four hour period of continuous satellite tracking is required before the Real-Time Ionospheric Correction algorithm will set this validity indicator to the True state.
