htSipDeviceConfigLocalSignalingPort: SIP signaling port the device will use. The value of '0' is a reserved value which tells the SIP stack to use the default signaling port for SIP processing (which happens to be 5060). When setting the value '0' furthermore, the SIP stack will not add port information for any SIP URI generated by it. Some third party SIP entities are sensible to SIP URI format and are not able to properly parse a SIP URI containing the port number, in order to work around this restriction, the SIP stack will not insert the port number in the SIP URI if the port number to be used is the default SIP port number: 5060. Therefore the configured value of 0 should be used to prevent SIP URI format with the port number information.
